All erosion control deficiencies must be corrected and the site brought into full compliance by Thursday afternoon, 1/15/26. Failure to do so will result in a stop work order being issued, and all work on the jobsite will be halted until corrected.

06/10/25 Tuesday JMJ (Cityscape, CP Const., Bedrock Const.) Contractor will pour the approach off Tudor Road on the North entrance of project. Contractor installed smooth epoxy dowels in the new poured curbs that will connect to the approach. Approach was poured, cured, and saw cut.

10/09/25 Thursday JMJ (Gen. Cityscape, Sub. Seal-O-Matic, Third party KAW) Contractor laid KCMMB A3 1,286 ton 51 loads. Third party testing was on site KAW Valley. 10/10/25 Friday JMJ (Gen. Cityscape, Sub Bedrock Concrete) Contractor poured concrete of turning lane going Westbound. Curbs were poured yesterday. Approach was poured on for the entrances of NW Commerce Road. Sidewalk and ADA ramps were poured on Tudor Road. 1013/25 Monday JMJ ( Gen. CityScape, Sub Bedrock Concrete) Contractor poured drive approach on NW Commerce Road @ 6:30AM.

Erosion control has failed along NW Commerce Drive mud at the entrance clogged gutter buddies along NW Commerce Drive. 07/03/25 Thursday JMJ Erosion control appears to be functioning properly. 12/29/25 Monday JMJ (CityScape) Erosion control appears to mainly functioning. Entrances and interior of the project needs a street sweeper and clean-up. Silt fence needs to be removed or re-staked contractor can moved to other methods of erosion control. 03/25/26 Wednesday JMJ (CityScape) Erosion control appears to be functioning properly. 04/01/26 Wednesday JMJ (CityScape) Entrances and street on NW Commerce DR need to be clean from the mud and silt from project site. Also the curbs and gutter buddies need to check ensure the clear of debris.
