12/05/22 Monday JMJ ( Complete Excavation/ Remas Concrete ) Complete Excavation continues to work on site to stabilize subgrade in cold weather climate. Remas Concrete building forms for curbs. Viewed dump truck hauling approximately 21 tons of gravel roll across a small portion of the project , and the subgrade appeared to be stable. 12/28/22 Wednesday JMJ Contractor will be pouring drive through @ 7:00AM tomorrow. Contractor has complete covered drive through and attempt to cover parking lot ( covers blow-off ). The contractor will grade, scrape and remove snow or ice from surface. 01/03/23 Tuesday JMJ Contractor work to pump water off the site from electrical sump pumps. I will evaluate in the upcoming days the integrality of subgrade for covering with asphalt and concrete.
