8/26/21 9:00 - Spoke to the contractor about esc, was informed it would be installed tomorrow morning. Resident stopped by and expressed concerns about construction messing up the pavers off of Ward and also off Scherer. Planning to attach photos or retake tomorrow morning. Resident also expressed type 3 barricade locations and why they haven’t been installed, due to the roads that these signs are called out for have wood barricades in place which was placed years prior to this project starting.

9/1/21 9:00 - Spoke with the contractor about keeping the water shed entrance open and not blocked, he also told me the resident at 1630 SW Hedgewood Ln had some issues about what was his property line and that the contractor was encroaching it. Sent the residents name and number to Development Supervisor to call. Talked to the resident Gary about the power lines on Ward, he asked if they was going to be removed and informed him probably not. We also spoke about the rod iron fence and informed him that the plans showed it following the retaining wall. 13:50 - Stopped by to see how progress is going, hauling trees from the South side of Winthrop to the main area for the project on the North side. Contractor told me styrene the would be cleaned up by the end of the day. After further discussion with the contractor something messed up with them going onto the property of 1630 SW Hedgewood Ln and that has now been corrected.

A section of the CMP pipe was cut out to place the sewer main and well be reinstalled with band restraints. The existing Man Hole core will be completed tomorrow.

On Wednesday, 4-27-2022 Holt House Contracting Installed Detention Basin structure 201 and line 200 with end section. Also it was determined, the CI line for the Modular wall basin has a problem with the pipe elevation entering the basin. The designer has been notified and changes are expected. On Thursday, 4-28-2022. Contractor resumes storm sewer installation. Contractor is installing structure 101 with 24” HDPE pipe. Rain has came and stop installation at 9:25am. On Friday, 4-29-2022 Site Rite Construction resumes storm sewer installation for structure 102 and 103. Contractor placed approx 120LF of 18” HDPE pipe. Contractor poured dog houses and inverts for structures.

ON Monday 5-09-2022, Holt House construction resumed Storm Sewer installation. The contractor installed approx 240 LF of 36” HDPE pipe from line structure 800 to 801. And back filled. On Thursday, 5-12-2022. The contractor resumed storm sewer installation placing approx 200 LF of 24” HDPE pipe from structures 301 to 303 and back filled about 160 LF. On Friday, 5-13-2022. Holt House contractors resumed placement of Storm Sewers. The contractor set CI’s 501 & 303. Rock fill was placed between the water lines and the storm sewer where they crossed. Schlagel designer made a location change for the Detention out flow structure that sits just north of 14th St. and proposes structure be moved to the south side of the detention basin.

On Wednesday, 6-29-2022 Kat Excavating began the installation of the structure #802. This structure ties into the existing CI located on the north side of the 14th street entrance and then ties into structure #801. On Thursday, 6-30-2022 Kat Excavating resumed installation of structure 801 and 802. Contractor installed approx 36LF of 36” HDPE pipe and the middle section of the 6’x7’ box section. Contractor also places approx 16’ of 36” RCP connecting system to the main storm system. The invert for the structure was poured for both boxes. On Friday, 7-01-2022 contractor Holt House grouted lift rings and areas that needed grouting in inverts for boxes set yesterday.

Contractor found a Gas Line that will be approx 6” under the new proposed 15” HDPE pipe. Gas Company came out and said the contractor could install the pipe with the minimal cover. Contractor resumed installation of the Storm Sewer.

Received a complaint from homeowners in subdivision about flooding and erosion control problems. Had some mud on 14th street, also found a few area's that needs silt fence installed. The silt fence around the perameters of the site were good. Contractor is cleaning up silt in the street where failures occurred. Silt fence is to be installed ASAP in failed area's.

Resident stopped by and expressed concerns about construction messing up the pavers off of Ward and also off Scherer. Planning to attach photos or retake tomorrow morning. Resident also expressed type 3 barricade locations and why they haven’t been installed, due to the roads that these signs are called out for have wood barricades in place which was placed years prior to this project starting.

9/1/21 9:00 - Spoke with the contractor about keeping the water shed entrance open and not blocked, he also told me the resident at 1630 SW Hedgewood Ln had some issues about what was his property line and that the contractor was encroaching it. Sent the residents name and number to Development Supervisor to call. Talked to the resident Gary about the power lines on Ward, he asked if they was going to be removed and informed him probably not. We also spoke about the rod iron fence and informed him that the plans showed it following the retaining wall. 13:50 - Stopped by to see how progress is going, hauling trees from the South side of Winthrop to the main area for the project on the North side. Contractor told me styrene the would be cleaned up by the end of the day. After further discussion with the contractor something messed up with them going onto the property of 1630 SW Hedgewood Ln and that has now been corrected.

On Tuesday,7-26-2022, A water main connection was performed for the 8” main at 14th street. The contractor cut in a 8”x8” T with Two valves. Water was off from approx 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm, All services restored. On Wednesday, 7-27-2022. Holt House Contractors completed the water main capping of the existing 8” water main located at the east side of Heartwood Dr. It was determined after repairs were made to fix (2) broken lines and the contractor completed, the meter was part of the irrigation system to the entrance and median areas, as well as the fountain located back of the homes on tract E2 for homes for lot 56 thru 58 on Heartwood Dr. The design engineer was notified for a solution. On Thursday, 7-28-2022. I met with Ryan from Schlage Engineering to view the area and surrounding for a solution. Well get back with me soon for the solution.

On Thursday, 8-04-2022, Tandem Asphalt resumed surfac overlay and completed surface pavement for roadway completing all surface pavement.

Will request the construction tap for bore. Bore was completed by ALL Pro Excavation.

Contractor told me styrene the would be cleaned up by the end of the day. After further discussion with the contractor something messed up with them going onto the property of 1630 SW Hedgewood Ln and that has now been corrected.

On Monday 10-10-2022. Concrete Contractor began forming sidewalk and ADA Ramps for installation of sidewalks. Contractor also forming utility cuts areas for sidewalk installation. On Wednesday, 10-12-2022. The Water Service Dept. completed the construction carp request on yesterday for the contractors completion for the irrigation repair and meter relocation. While testing for leaks we found (1) leak and the contractor will come back to complete the repair.
