NS 12-30-24 Site visit and it appears that driveway and sidewalk meet city pre-pour inspection 4-22-25 DP. I met contractor (father in law) on site for an issue and the mainbox pad was directly inline with the sidewalk. They could not pour the sidewalk to the property line due to the mailbox being built and are close on getting an occupancy inspection. Dustin called the post office and they didn't care where the pad and mailbox was moved to as long as it was still in accessible to the curb. Steve and Bob said to move the pad and mailbox out of the way but to keep it in a reasonable proximity. I advised the homeowner/contractor that they could move the box and pad as long as we kept it by curb and close to where it was. The contractor has the sidewalk formed today and is pouring today. They are approved to pour. The contractor just picked the mailbox up with a forklift and moved the pad and box without repouring the pad. Contractor said they are planning on moving it further up the road and not planning on repouring the pad but just using the existing pad the box is bolted to.

There’s no footing under the east theater room wall to carry the suspended garage slab
