Pump-around hoses were need because of the continual large volume of flow from the existing sewer main. Today there was an onsite meeting about MH1-1 with Water, Kaeden ,Central Plumbing, Development Services ( Steve Robbins & John Jackson) about the install of the manhole. The manhole 18% grading was too great and modification are needed. Drawing will be submitted to Lee’s Summit Engineerings. Transitioning from clay to 12” SDR-26 in and out with (Hard-Back Fernco adapter) for the newly installed manhole. Pump-around hoses were need because of the continual large volume of flow from the existing sewer main. Existing manholes will be replaced with new Manholes. Water is ok with the stubbing out each manhole and 45 degree fittings at the top and bottom where they need to be to maintain proper clearance from the storm line. Sewer main line is to be line at the bottom of hill as-per ( Lee’s Summit ). 10/18/22 Tuesday JMJ ( Centrel Plumbing Inc. ) Contractor working on replace existing sewers and backfilling. Contractor also off loading storm boxes and RCP storm pipe. 12/05/22 Monday JMJ ( KADEAN Construction, Spire, and Steve Robbins ) The meet was about the changes to the proposed Main Street and its new easements/ right of way for utilities and what there. How or what will the City of Lee’s Summit grandfather in and where & when future installation of gas lines or made. Steve will verify with Right of Way inspectors and our Planning Engineer Sue to clearly define the City requirements for the newly proposed changes.
