Bill came in and met with Steve Robbins and I the week of 12/2. Items were discussed for completing the inspections. Pictures were emailed to me from Bill, although the pictures were not helpfull in determining any approval. Bill schudeled an inspection for 12/12 althought was unclear that he needed to pride the dye for a dye test for the underslab plumbing that was covered without inspection. Also we only had 2 inspectors on the 12th. we moved it to 12/13- He stated he wanted Occupnacy for the hirered hand house and i explained that that was not discussed and untill all aspects of the interior are approved and all inspections have been completed we would not grant him Occupancy.

The rear step is OK. The concrete blockings and wood planks used for the steps and landing are temporary for the purpose of TCO. Permanent steps and landing shall be provided for final CO approval -Provide tamper resistant schrader valves -Ground electrical service panel per code **Bond the service panel enclosure. The bonding screw is missing; install the #6 cu grounding electrode conductor inside the raceway -Label all breakers with correct equipment/location/etc -Install breaker lock for the out-of-sight water heater -Provide AFCI protection per code **Provide AFCI protection for all outlets required per NEC 210.12. All outlets (definition: receptacle, light, utilization equipments, etc) shall be afci-protected unless located in following areas: outdoor, fire alarm outlet, underfloor space, unfinished basement, garage, bathroom, and attic. -Provide hammer arrestors at all quick close valves **Dishwasher and laundry -Provide receptacle within 24" of kitchen sink **The countertop on the right side of the kitchen sink does not have a receptacle.
