04/12/22 Tuesday (Bair Construction) Contractor located existing two 36” storm pipes to install storm boxes. Tomorrow weather permitting storm installation began. Excavation for storm pipe will be fenced off by contractor. 04/13/22 Wednesday (Bair Construction) Contractor will be getting storm boxes to install on existing and new storm lines. Storm box MH 300 was installed and the 36” corrugated HPDE coupling that connects to the existing. 04/14/22 Thursday (Bair Construction) Contractor excavated and cut out section to install Storm box MH 100 base. 36” corrugated HPDE coupling will be installed that connects to existing storm line. 04/15/22 Friday (Bair Construction) Contractor is working to set Storm box MH 101 base. They will be pouring collars, inverts, and pouring the floor with rebar around 1:00 PM. 04/18/22 Monday (Bair Construction) Contractor installed mid & upper section storm box, storm lids. Backfilling and compaction is being done around storm boxes. 04/19/22 Tues (Bair Construction) Contractor installed 40’ of 12” HP storm pipe from storm box 101 to 100 04/18/22 Monday. Contractor installed boxes 201 & the base of 200 and ran 100’ of 15” Storm pipe. Collars and inverts for Storm lines 200 we be completed today. The base of storm box 200 was installed at the existing 36” storm pipe and newly installed 15” storm pipe located on the Southwest side. Contractor sent pictures of the rebar that was installed before the floor for storm boxes 100 & 101. 04/20/22 Wednesday (Bair Construction) A bust in elevation at storm box 200 force the contractor to Install rebar & frame wall expansion of 21” to meet the grade of curb. The walls to the North and South were framed poured today. Tomorrow the East and West walls will be constructed. See picture for today of wall expansion. 04/21/22 Thursday (Bair Construction) Curb Inlet side walls where constructed and poured @ CI 200. 04/22/22 Friday (Bair Construction) Storm box lids where installed on line 200.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
