Make sure meter top-to-lid distance is 14”-18” -Provide sewer tracer wire port at grade -Downspout extension/splash block must be min 36” from foundation wall -Seal rear receptacle adjacent to double door; seal above meter, AC disconnect, seal exterior lights, etc -Cover exposed NM cable near j-box under deck -Provide proper hangers for deck joists -Attach deck beam to each post with two 1/2” through bolts/washers/nuts or approved equivalent connections -Deck/roof support pier was not inspected by city.
