All the trash needs to be cleaned withing 2 business days to prevent a STOP WORK being applied 10-16-25 Dustin a, Most of the trash is picked up, what is left i talked to colter and he said he wuld get it taken care of, 10-30-25 Dustin A, Erosion control is in place at this time 11-21-25 Dustin A, silt fence is down in some areas along sw bailey farms prkway 12-10-25 Dustin A, Silt fence is still down, Sidewalk needs to be cleaned. 12-15-25 Dustin A, Parking lot has been proof rolled. There is section in drive where conduit is crossing near island that failed. Basically south west of the clubhouse. Everywhere else is good to pour unless we get precipitation or grounds temps do not allow

11-20-25 Dustin A, Proof roll performed for curb and parking lot. Proof roll passed , If concrete is not poured before rain will need another proof roll before concrete can be poured. 11-25-25 Dustin A, All of curb did not get put in so will need another proof roll. 11-28-25 Dustin A, Proof roll the rest of curb line within a ft of the forms . These sections passed. Ok to pour rest of curb only . This does not apply to parking lot. Keep in mind if we get more then 1/4 inch of rain before they pour will need to do another proof roll. 12-4-25 Dustin A, Curb was not poured before we got more then 1/4 inch of precipitation. On the 28th inspection was asked if they covered it if it would be alright, I informed them covering it is best due to our ground temp requirements. After driving by today it appears just plastic was used instead of actual concrete blankets . There will need to be another proof roll performed due to the amount of snow and standing water. 12-15-25 Dustin A, The rest of curb has been proof rolled and passed except south west side of club house . Contactor is aware of the section that failed. The rest can be poured as long as there is no precip and ground temps meet requirements
