In addition, I believe JKV also installs one smoke detector in each living area at least 20’ away from the kitchen that is tied to the building alarm system. Also, smoke alarms are required in each room used for sleeping purposes and outside of each separate sleeping area in the immediate vicinity of bed-rooms and in the living area. Provide smoke detection in the hallways outside the apartments.

05/20/24 Monday JMJ Contractor potholing and locating exist sanitary & storm lines. (SDI) Contractor will be installing the sanitary line. 05/21/24 Tuesday JMJ Contractor cored into existing manhole and install boot to begin installation of 8" PVC (SDR-26) sanitary pipe. The contractor installed the sanitary line coming out of the existing MH. @3.20% instead of the 3.45% as per project plans. Contractor was able to install a few sticks of pipe. 05/22/24 Wednesday JMJ Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor installed approximately 28' of 8" PVC (SDR-26). Progress has been slow do to existing utilities in the ground. 05/28/24 Tuesday JMJ Contractor installed approximately 25' of 8" PVC (SDR-26) and began to install base of MH-1 as per project plans 05/23/24 Thursday. Contractor continued the installation of sanitary sewer line. 05/29/24 Wednesday JMJ Contractor continued to install 8" sanitary line. Contractor had to make field changes due to the existing utilities. Changes are not major but new install by a few feet as needed. 05/30/24 Thursday JMJ Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor was able to install MH-2 and laid approximately 42' of 8" (SDR-26). Contractor backfilled and reopen North entrance for residence. 06/03/24 Monday JMJ Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor was only able to install a few stick of pipe out MH-2 due to existing utilities. Contractor backfilled excavation. 06/04/24 Tuesday JMJ General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor was able to install approximately 70' yesterday and 100' today of 8" (SDR-26). 06/05/24 Wednesday JMJ General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor installed MH-3 as-per project plan progress was slow due to exist and abandon utilities. The SDI continued installation of sanitary main. 06/11/24 Tuesday JMJ General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI Contractor plans to installed invert MH-3. They have continue to install sanitary as-per project plans. 06/13/24 Thursday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI) Contractor tied-in MH A-4 to existing sanitary. 06/17/24 Monday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI) Contractor installed the 4" lateral for the future Dog Park. Contractor excavating to install MH A-5 on existing main. 06/18/24 Tuesday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI) Contractor installed MH A-5 to tie-in to existing main to abandon existing main hole & main. 06/19/24 Wednesday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI) Contractor continued to stack and install the sections of MH A-5. 06/25/24 Tuesday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor SDI) Contractor finish the install of MH A-5 and rerouted existing lateral to (MH A-5). Abandon sanitary line & existing MH were backfilled with flowable fill. 06/27/24 Thursday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor) Contractor still working to complete MH A-5 and sanitary line toward the MH. 06/28/24 Friday JMJ (General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor) Contractor installed approximate 70' of 6" (SDR-26) sanitary pipe. Contractor back filled excavation and MH A-5 was stack. 08/06/24 Tuesday JMJ(General Contractor Straub / Sub-Contractor) Contractor extend newly installed 4" to properly reach designated area.

06/13/25 Friday JMJ Contractor poured approximately 78' of sidewalk along NW Moore Street Westside of newly constructed apartments. 06/26/25 Thursday JMJ Contractor has installed approximately 65 to 70% of sidewalk required around the building. Yesterday 10yds of concrete was poured to the Northeast side of the newly constructed building.
