There is a storm structure at the bottom of the hill by the stop sign that has a lot of sediment not allowing water to drain. I personally made it functionable last rain storm. 1-10-23 DP Crew started pouring concrete and never did a proof roll. There was soft spots due to rain/snow/temps. 1-16-23 AN did a proof roll for the middle alley and it did have a couple soft spots. they will be digging up letting dry and recompacting 11-9-23 NS Site visited to do a proof roll on the north end of maga storage. and it passed some areas sank and they are going to compact and put more ab3 down. 11-13-23 NS Site visited for a proof roll and it appears that gravel needs to be re compacted before the concrete can be poured. passed

1-11-23 DP crew is forming up some curb 4-18-23 NS Site visited to do a proof roll one spot failed but they are digging it out and putting new rock and compacting the rock I will go out tomorrow and check again before they pour more curb. 4-19-23 NS Site visited this morning and the north side sub grade is compacted and passed proof roll they started to pour curb. I will come back once curb is done and check again. 4-21-23 NS Site Visited to do a proof roll for the east side of the building is Compacted and and it passed. 4-24-23 NS BR Site visited and on the east side of the building they are pouring the concrete pad and curb. On Wednesday they will do a proof roll of the south side of the building. 4-26-23 NS yesterday they did a proof roll of the south side and the first one failed. but they re dug out the rock and put new type 5 in and I went back for a second proof roll at 4pm and it passed the dump truck did not have a ticket but I had them fill it full. I will get a concrete ticket. 5-5-23 NS Site visited and the crew is doing the dirt work for the private drive. Daniel asked yesterday for a proof roll and I contacted Steve Robbins and he said since they are not putting down Geo Grid that they will not need a proof roll until they put rock down. I told Daniel to get a compaction test of 95% of the standards Proctor. I will wait until the test is done and upload the document that has been sent to me. 5-8-23 NS Site visited and crew is not working. 12-4-23 NS Site Visited and it appears all work is done.
