7/19/21 Monday Contractor began installation of sanitary Line E of the 8th Plat. Approximately 125’ of Line E was installed . 7/20/21 Tuesday Contractor continued installation of sanitary Line E and working to install MH E-1 @ Sta 2+22.94. Approximately 100’ of 8” SDR-26 PVC is installed for Line E. 7/21/21 Wednesday (Holthouse Constrution) Contractor was unable to install base of MH E-1 do to the rock . Only one stick of pipe was installed today on Line E. 7/22/21 Thursday Contractor was able to install the base of MH E-1. 7/23/21 Friday (Holthouse Construction) Contractor was working on Line E but they had not move pass MH E-1 @ 9:30AM. Contractor was able to start installation of sanitary Line E around 1:00PM from MH E-1. 7/26/21 Monday (Holthouse Construction) Contractor continued to installed sanitary Line E 250’ of 8” SDR-26 PVC. 7/27/21 Tuesday Contractor continued installation of sanitary Line E. MH E-2 was installed. Contractor continued installation of 8” SDR-26 PVC. 7/28/21 Wednesday Contractor continued to installed 8” SDR-26PVC sanitary Line E approximately 175’ . 7/29/21 Thursday Contractor continued to install Line E the base of MH E-3, and began installation of laterals. 7/30/21 Friday Contractor start the installation of laterals to the South of 4371 NE Hideaway DR. 8/2/21 Monday Contractor finished laterals for Lots 379, 381 & 382. Contractor has a lot of rock in this area. 8/3/21 Tuesday Contractor installed laterals 377 & 378 deep excavation coupled with rock has slowed progress. 8/4/21 Wednesday Contractor installed laterals 369, 370, 371, 372, 373, 374 and 376 ditch were poured for laterals that have been installed. 8/5/21 Thursday Contractor continued to install laterals. 8/10/21 Tuesday Contractor completed sanitary laterals and is backfill and compacting excavation.

Third Party Testing PSI was onsite to test street crossing and excavation in street as required . 8/12/21 Thursday Contractor was unable to install yesterday CI A-3 due to the rock that needed to excavate. A-3 base was set around 3:00PM today. The upper portion of A-3 was set around 3:35PM.

8/16/21 - Crew had to remove the 73 feet of the 24” pipe between curb inlets A-2 and A-3 due to the rain last week pushed the pipe up and out of the ground.During this process they clipped the sanitary lateral that runs to lot 382. All this was repaired and they are currently breaking rock.

8/17/21 - Crew ran into a problem this morning that involve the storm line out of A-3 headed up hill to A-4 and the sanitary lateral for lot 383. The lateral was 7in into the storm pipe. Spoke to the foreman and he informed his boss about the situation. We told our engineers that the engineering firm on this project would be submitting over a change for this issue. This afternoon the crew laid out of A-3 to inlet C-1 roughly 110 feet of 18” HDPE and inlet C-1 was placed.

10-6-21 11:13 AN Seal o matic is finishing up NE park springs drive and should be done today. Also spoke with PSI and they have said that everything is good and will email the results. There is one problem area at NE Park Springs Terr, a sprinkler line had been hit causing the spot to be saturated with water. Crew is going to dig up the area and replace with more rock.

10-25-21 AN There are 12 storm boxes that were all place at the wrong elevation and had to be cut down or shimmed up. Most of them were placed 3in to high give or take. I spoke with James at Holthouse about how they were going to be fixed and told him not to back fill around the boxes until they are reinspected.

11-6-21 AN 7:00am crew was out at Park ridge 7th and 8th mobilizing the equipment to start paving the base layer with recycled type 5. 7:45am trucks are arriving with asphalt, road temp is 40deg and air temp is 39deg and rising. 8:25am asphalt has been running about 240deg in trucks and coming out of the paver around 280deg. I told one of the crew members and he called the plant to turn up the temp on the mix A new round of trucks just came in and the temp is a lot better around 270deg. 12:45pm one of seal o matic trucks hit a man hole and shifted it about 1ft. They moved it back in place and are going to box it off and keep paving so Holthouse can come out and reset it. Pics attached. 1:17pm truck temps are still good, holding around 270 to 300deg 2:58pm they are about 3/4 the way done and everything looks good

They have got around 80ft in today but are missing fitting and can’t proceed with out them 12-9-21 AN crew installed 380 ft of water main today. On ne feather ln 12-10-21 AN Holthouse has two crews at park ridge 7th and 8th installing water mains. All products appear to be LS approved products. Tracer wire, water identification tape and plastic around fittings are being installed.
