The street was clean, but erosion and sediment control standards were not in place. I did leave a pamphlet with the builder about the control standards and handed it to him and explained what needed to be fixed before scheduling another inspection. All rough inspection was denied. Street has mud and gravel in it creating a hazard for motorists and pedestrians. Gravel is needed, erosion barriers need to be installed and STREET NEEDS TO BE CLEARED. No inspections will be completed until full erosion control is in place and street maintenance is obtained. Have all items completed before a stop work order is issued 12/04/2023 KBEARD I did a drive by this morning because of a scheduled inspection and noticed that no improvement with erosion control had been made. Not ready fee will be added 12/05/23 KBEARD time 9:13am

  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
