I called Jeff in responce to a VM i recieved. explained i was not at inspection and if he called or emailed Khanh. it was a waste of his time. i tried to explain that the window size or oepening was different from the plans is why khanh stated the braced wall at the rear of the house. he said Khnah walked a way from the inspection and would not help. i said with a list like that and carpenters still working at the time of the inspection i would walk also. Jeff said it's that fuckyou attitude that we do not help people. I ended the phone call. Email you inspector and communicate in writing or hire an engineer to address the structural items on the list.

-Garage PFH walls: install 2”x2” washers **at the wall where the anchor is not within middle 1/3 of sill plate, install another 5/8” anchor with 2”x2” washer -Anchor garage sill plates per code **anchor sill plate within 12” of break near 3rd car garage door -Nail corner studs per code **Nail the 2x6 corner studs -Complete gas piping to fireplace and retest. Fix leakage first. **Pressure less than 10 -Have engineer address exterior wall bracing requirement at rear dining walls where windows and doors are changed from the approved plan **Install double plates below expanded kitchen window per engineer letter -Toe nail all joists to wall top plates **toe nail joists to top plates w/4-8d or 3-10d nails -Vent all bathroom fans **Flexible duct cannot exceed length limit of 14 ft, especially the 3” duct. Per table IRC1504.2, 3” flexible duct is not allowed. Must use 4” duct, either flexible or hard duct. 4” hard duct will allow much more vent distance, since each elbow in the duct reduce vent distance by 15 ft (4” flexible duct can only go 56 ft of straight run). Look at bath fan from half bathroom. There’s also a hole torn in the duct -Pan off parallel electrical in return air space across from stair -In the bedroom 2 closet, fur out wall for the dryer duct **protect dryer duct at bottom wall plate and Fb at top of fur out wall -Install double 2x12 roof support beam above bedroom 2. Coordinate with the mechanical sub to correct this **The beam is notched about 40%. You can have engineer address this -Ceiling beams load bearing on the side wall between master bedroom and closet, instead of front and back walls. Have engineer check on this -Fb master bathroom wall from roof **Fb gaps; close off holes in the subfloor -Fb basement wall from all soffits and fur down ceiling space -Connect the gas piping bonding jumper to the equipment grounding bus bar, not the grounded neutral bar **Post max dryer exhaust duct length limit at final **DO NOT INSULATE

Currently, 2 structural screws are used to attach the deck beam to the ledger board, with only one screw actually going through the ledger board. Code does not allow the ledger board to support concentrate load (beam, post) **the soil underneath the deck settled significantly. Backfill the area to final grade level
