The storm box on the down hill side of project has no straw waddle protection. 03/06/25 JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ Cityscape) Contractor will have all straw waddles for storm boxes onsite will be installed by tomorrow as per Lee's Summit specification. 03/12/25 Wednesday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ Cityscape) Contractor completed the installation of all straw waddles on project site. Verified 03/12/25 JMJ 03/18/25 Tuesday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ CityScape) Contractor called me around 9:15AM to inform that they having issue securing a meter from the LS Water Department. Due to the high winds dust is blown across job site at and unacceptable rate. The LS summit Police Department called City Hall to 10:35AM complaining about the dust coming from work site. I shut the job site down until they were able to secure water for their Water truck to spray down site for dust control. Contractor was able to obtain water, and began spraying site around 12:30PM. 04/28/25 Monday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ CityScape) Erosion control appears to be functional.

The storm box on the down hill side of project has no straw waddle protection. 03/06/25 JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ Cityscape) Contractor will have all straw waddles for storm boxes onsite will be installed by tomorrow as per Lee's Summit specification. 03/12/25 Wednesday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ Cityscape) Contractor completed the installation of all straw waddles on project site. Verified 03/12/25 JMJ 03/18/25 Tuesday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ CityScape) Contractor called me around 9:15AM to inform that they having issue securing a meter from the LS Water Department. Due to the high winds dust is blown across job site at and unacceptable rate. The LS summit Police Department called City Hall to 10:35AM complaining about the dust coming from work site. I shut the job site down until they were able to secure water for their Water truck to spray down site for dust control. Contractor was able to obtain water, and began spraying site around 12:30PM. 04/28/25 Monday JMJ (Supervisor Shawn Bartholomew/ CityScape) Erosion control appears to be functional.
