2-8-24 Dustin A, This is for 2210 and 2208, SW is formed. Aggregate is compacted, slopes are correct. There is a existing panel that is cracked on 2208 that needs to be replaced and there is a chipped panel on 2210 that will need to be replaced. 2-12-24 Dustin A, SW is poured and slopes are in compliance but there was no white cure used per city specs. . Crack was replaced. The SW was not poured to existing panel on west side . Now becomes a trip hazard with a 4-6 in gap between panels. Fail.
