The trip generation section in the traffic memo should be reevaluated. While we agree a "Multipurpose Recreational Facility" does not accurately describe this use, the data used is for a much larger building and from 2005. Looking through similar uses in the ITE Trip Gen. Manual, we do not expect this correction to push the peak hour trips >100 and will still not require a full TIS.
Updated 3/29/22 - Justification provided in the submitted traffic memo by BHC will suffice for PDP. While the estimated trips appear low in comparison to other similar uses, we do not expect to have >100 trips compared to the previous use.
