Streets & Pavement All street paving complete (Needs parking spots along road need to be installed) Street name signs installed per LS standard (Not completed) Has temp signs up, Needs permanent signs installed) Stripping & markings installed (if required) (PASSED) Curbs and gutters poured and backfilled with no gaps (Once Sidewalk is in and back filled) ADA ramps installed per LS detail and checked for slope (ADA sidewalk needs to be installed) Sidewalks poured, cured, and cleaned – no spalling or trip hazards (Sidewalk needs install) 2. Storm Sewer All inlets, manholes, and pipes installed, cleaned, and flowing (Clean at this time) No standing water in pipes or structures (Passed) Erosion control in place and functioning (Put up as plans say for area & repair any silt fence down) Final grade around inlets complete – (Not completed) Detention/retention basins shaped, seeded, stabilized (Seed was done 12-20-25) 3.
