5-16-25 Dustin A, All erosion control measures that were requested by the city in order to move forward has been met. Erosion control measures need to be maintained throughout project. 5-27-25 Dustin A, ESC are still in place and is functional. I talked with Scott and nick on keeping shenandoah clean, nick is going to have his contractor clean the roads on his side at the end of each working day and get some waddles for the gravel that is piled on the road for the tele-belt. 6-17-25 Dustin A, Talked with Nick and informed him of some downed erosion control . There is also some construction entrances that need to be rebuilt to city specs and others that just need to be maintained. Any construction entrances that are not in a future driveway\approach will need to be dug down 6 inches and 2-3 inch size aggregate used. 6-23-25 Dustin A, Erosion Control is required. This is a two day notice to address any erosion control issues that need to be addressed that have not been. There is multiple areas where silt fence is either laying down or completely removed. There is also construction entrances that are being installed that do not meet our specifications,. I do see some tires being used at some crossings which is fine but there also random tires laying along the curb lines that are not even at entrances. Failure to get these things corrected in the Two day notice could result in a STOP WORK ORDER issued for the Reserve and Reunion sites. 6-27-25 Dustin A, All issues with site has been addressed.
