-As-graded plot plan is required -Remove trashed silt fence along the rear of lot and provide seeding to disturbed area -Install address -Install splash blocks at downspouts and sump pump extension -Secure grinder pump ENT within 3 ft if controller -Gravel at window well -Install flood light at rear -Deck: lag screw both ledger boards to floor rim per code; support joists to ledger with approved device; engineer to address the beam-post connections not per code. Code requires two 1/2” through bolts or approved post caps; engineer address for deck beam not per plan.
