Deck inspection not completed at rough inspection, provide city approved plans at reinspection -Remove trash and construction debris from site -Homes with windows or doors near ground level below eight (8) feet on the rear side of the house shall be equipped with a minimum of one light outlet having one hundred (100) watt lighting (or energy efficient equivalent) and shall be of the flood light type. Said fixture(s) shall be installed such that illumination of the back yard is maximized for security purposes. Those fixtures placed below eight (8) feet shall be fixtures manufactured such that the light source is not "readily accessible" as defined in the adopted National Electrical Code (NEC). -Label dedicated circuits at the receptacles as non-GFCI protected in garage and unfinished basement -Install sink in garage or cap drain piping -GFCI protect all receptacle outlets in laundry -small door in pantry from garage required to self close and self latch -complete dishwasher plumbing installation -dishwasher circuit requires GFCI protection -All kitchen outlets require AFCI protection -complete kitchen hood installation -All sliding glass doors shall be equipped with a secondary locking device consisting of a metal pin or a surface mounted bolt assembly.
