They are waiting for there engineers and CIP project manager to get them design of the new water main. 5-17-23 NS Talked to Nat the Forman and he is going to get with the daycare that will be affected with the water tie in. Nat brought up that they might have to put storm water in before the new water main. 5-18-23 NS Site visited and it appears that water pipe is being put in with tracer wire and blue dig tape. They found an unmarked water main that will need moved. The top of the new storm pipe will be flush at the top of the water main. 2-15-23 PS Contractor setting HDPE at existing public storm at NE side EX MH-1000. Corrugated storm being removed and replaced by HDPE. Collar has been poured at tie in to existing storm box. 2-17-23 PS Contractor Continues to excavate and set HDPE at NE side working towards 1000 MH. (1) stick of HDPE installed 2-21-23 PS Contractor completed pipe to and set manhole MH 1000 and with HDPE pipe to and set manhole MH 1001. Contractor continued with HDPE pipe and is currently laying pipe at 1001-1002. Contractor ended HDPE and set pipe for storm curb inlet at 1002.CI 2-23-23 PS Contractor on site and will be working on storm line placement today. Contractor installed 12" HDPE from 1002.CI to 1003.CI curb inlet and 1004.AI storm box. Contractor installing box 1004.AI and will be backfilling to complete today. 2-28-23 DP. Contractor is installing storm pipe and structures 1001 to 1005 and 1006. 3-13-23 DP. Crew got approval to temporarily tie in the 30" storm line into the 24" strom structure. Crew was working on installing the 30" storm today. 3-14-23 DP. Crew finished tying in the temporary storm pipe today. They had a third party come to do their compaction testing and it failed by .5% She is coming back first thing in the morning to retest compaction. Crew also demoed the existing storm pipe that was in the way of the building print. 3-15-23 DP. 1-11-23 DP. Met with the super on site. Suppose to be getting started next week 2-6-23 DP Crew is working on relocating daycares playground fence so that they can move existing storm 2-13-23 DP Crew is at a holding point until utilities are moved that are in the way. They are still doing some grading 2-15-23 PS No work on site today 3-2-23 DP. No work for development 3-7-23 DP No work for development today. Utility companies are working on moving their utilities that are in the way for the project to continue. 3-17-23 DP No work for development today. Did talk to Nate and he is starting to plan for moving of the water main under the storm pipe which may take place next saturday 3-23-23 DP. Crew was just installing temporary driveway and reinstalling the daycares fence that they had to move during the construction phase of the new storm line. 3-31-23 DP. No work for development the last few days.
