Line 1: Existing MH 21-029 to MH 1-1 the test passed It held at 4psi for 7min 34sec with no drop on the gauge. Line 2: Existing MH 30-132 to MH 2-1 the test passed It held at 4psi for 7min 34sec with no drop on the gauge. MH 2-1 to MH 2-2 the test passed It held at 4psi for 7min 34sec with no drop on the gauge. MH 2-2 to 2-3 the test passed I observed a drop from 4psi to 3.5 psi in the 7min & 34 sec test time. Line 3: Existing MH 30-294 to MH 3-1 the test passed It held at 4psi for 7min 34sec with no drop on the gauge. MH 3-1 to 3-2 the test passed It held at 4psi for 7min 34sec with no drop on the gauge.

The majority of the sidewalk is installed. There is approx a 23’ ft section that has not been installed yet due to an AT&T utility box in the way that needs moved. A service request was sent to AT&T on 05/05/2020 to have the box relocated but they have not responded yet with a date for that box to be moved. The sidewalk that is currently installed meets ADA guidelines and is acceptable.

The Redford Construction crew is on site starting the sanitary sewer install. The crew exposed the base of the existing MH on site near the intersection of SW Ladderback Dr. and SW River Trail Dr. The crew plans to core into the MH this afternoon and prepare to start laying pipe tomorrow. I will return for further inspection of the core and sewer line tomorrow morning.

The Redford crew is on site continuing the sanitary sewer line 2 install. The crew is into a significant amount of rock breaking and the install is moving slower than normal. The storm sewer curb inlets are installed and the curb throats are poured. The inside of the storm boxes still need grouted (specifically where the curb throats were poured) prior to acceptance. Additionally, the line needs flushed of construction debris prior to acceptance. Call before flushing the line to make sure that an inspector is on site to witness the flush and collection of debris.
