7-30-21 2:17pm On Thursday the 29th there was a complaint about dust in the air from the rock crushing. I came on site and had them start watering. Today the 30th City Hall had a compliant again about dust in the air. When I arrived on site the water truck was spraying but it wasn’t enough to keep the dust down. The wind is blowing in the direction of the neighborhood to the west. This is where the compliant came from. I informed the contractor they will need to take more measures to keep the dust down. I spoke with Allen Fletcher and he assured me he would. They have stopped work for today and will start again on Monday the 2nd. There is a unidentified person in a grey car across the street watching the work taking place.

Today the 30th City Hall had a compliant again about dust in the air. When I arrived on site the water truck was spraying but it wasn’t enough to keep the dust down. The wind is blowing in the direction of the neighborhood to the west. This is where the compliant came from. I informed the contractor they will need to take more measures to keep the dust down. I spoke with Allen Fletcher and he assured me he would. They have stopped work for today and will start again on Monday the 2nd. 7-30-21 2:17pm On Thursday the 29th there was a complaint about dust in the air from the rock crushing. I came on site and had them start watering. Today the 30th City Hall had a compliant again about dust in the air. When I arrived on site the water truck was spraying but it wasn’t enough to keep the dust down. The wind is blowing in the direction of the neighborhood to the west. This is where the compliant came from. I informed the contractor they will need to take more measures to keep the dust down. I spoke with Allen Fletcher and he assured me he would. They have stopped work for today and will start again on Monday the 2nd. There is a unidentified person in a grey car across the street watching the work taking place. 8-2-21 10:14am All erosion controls are in place and working at this time. 8-3-21 9:30am They are crushing rock and have water spraying. There is no dust in the air and the drive is wet. 8-4-21 10:43am The water sprayer is on and there is no dust. All other erosion controls look good at this time. 8-5-21 11:24am All erosion controls are in place and working at this time. There is little to no dust in the air.

Sprayer is running and both operations are running. Did get a complaint from the neighborhood about dust clouds, but didn’t see any while I was there. Called the complaintent. He said the dust cloud was gone now, but was very present earlier. RP 9-15-21

7-30-21 2:17pm On Thursday the 29th there was a complaint about dust in the air from the rock crushing. I came on site and had them start watering. Today the 30th City Hall had a compliant again about dust in the air. When I arrived on site the water truck was spraying but it wasn’t enough to keep the dust down. The wind is blowing in the direction of the neighborhood to the west. This is where the compliant came from. I informed the contractor they will need to take more measures to keep the dust down. I spoke with Allen Fletcher and he assured me he would. They have stopped work for today and will start again on Monday the 2nd. There is a unidentified person in a grey car across the street watching the work taking place. 8-2-21 10:14am All erosion controls are in place and working at this time. 8-3-21 9:30am They are crushing rock and have water spraying. There is no dust in the air and the drive is wet. 8-4-21 10:43am The water sprayer is on and there is no dust. All other erosion controls look good at this time. 8-5-21 11:24am All erosion controls are in place and working at this time. There is little to no dust in the air.
