3-26-20 They had to remove 95x40 foot section of base asphalt due to grade issues. They replaced it with recycled Type5. They cut out 4” of soft base rock from the curb to 7’ out and went back with additional asphalt base. They completed this at 8pm. It will have a total of 9 1/2” of asphalt with surface. I spoke with my supervisor Steve Robbins about this along with Mike the third party inspector with CFS and we all agreed that it should be acceptable. 3-27-20 They are pouring 8 1/2x9 section with hi early concrete from Penny’s Concrete for base in this area due to over saturation.
