Have engineer address this -Nail garage PFH wall sheathing to sill plate w/ 8d@3” oc and nail to header with 8d@3” grid pattern; block at seam and nail sheathing to blocking w/8d@3” -Solid block joist ends above garage portal header -Shim gap under garage studs -Support 2” DVW at 4 ft or less interval above garage -Complete framing around garage column and anchor column to floor with two 1/2” bolts -Fur out garage/closet wall at return air space for R-13 insulation -Fb garage wall from soffit -Protect laundry plumbing; secure red pex water line -Fb duct/plumbing chase at master bathroom shower from horizontal space. You can use insulation for this. Remove paper facing and just pack it in tight -Protect wiring at master closet/bathroom wall top plate at both sides of wall -Complete gas piping to fireplace and retest.
