I talked with Emery Sapp about some silt fence, they put some up a few weeks ago and it didn't fix all the problems. They added some more silt fence so we will see how this works on the next rain. The vegetation for this site has been established. After each building was completed sod was installed at each building. On the back side/east of the apartments the vegetation has been established. Right now the work trailors are sitting on the property where the next phase is ready to begin in a few weeks. I am not going to make them dig this up and plant seed here when a parking lot will be going in its place.The vegetation has been established.Steve Robbins 09/20/2018 11:52 AM

There are problems with the erosion control devices on your site. I talked with Jonathan from Emery Sapp about the run-off coming down the north side to the parking lot. They installed alot of silt fence to try and correct this, but it did not work. Jonathan said they are going to move some dirt around and try to change the grade to try and divert the water run-off.Steve Robbins 03/26/2018 2:28 PM

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
