Where a fire wall also separates occupancies that are required to be separated by a fire barrier wall, the most restrictive requirements of each separation shall apply. Action required: Provide complete UL details for rated assemblies that include screw/nail patterns and penetrations. 10/25/22 - Clarifications required. There are 2 different walls shown on A001 but only 1 UL detail provided. Also, the only rated wall found on plans is a CMU wall while both rated wall details are stud construction.

Tomorrow contractor plans to pour backing blocks and straddle block on water lines. All threads will be used on 45 degree bends on the 4" & 10" where elevation drop @ the Southwest side of project near South entrance on lot #3.

Contractor spent most of the day breaking rock to access and lay pipe. sanitary will feed into the installed manhole. 08/15/23 Tuesday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) Contractor continued to install 10" sanitary main leading to building #3. 08/16/23 Wednesday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) Contractor was only able to install approximately 53' of sanitary pipe due to the rock and depth of excavation. 08/17/23 Thursday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) Contractor continue to install sanitary sewer line. 09/28/23 Thursday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) Contractor installed 8" sanitary main on building #3. 09/29/23 Friday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) Contractor installed 8" sanitary main on the purposed building #3 to the Southside. Approximately 400' plus were installed yesterday and today. 10/06/23 Friday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) The Contractor continued to install 8" sanitary around purposed building #3 . 04/29/24 Friday JMJ ( Central Plumbing ) 2 Connect 6" sanitary interior to exterior 8" sanitary and cleanout on the South side of building #3. Contractor extend sanitary stub out of the Southwest side of building #3 (off the first entrance heading North on Main Street). Contractor plans to pull off of job and call whenever they return to work on site.

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
Remember to click the Upload Document button. If you are applying for a New permit, make sure to click the "next step" button after you have completed the upload of documents
