A field inspection was done this morning and it apppears that it is graded correctly and all the right size pipe and rip-rip has been installed properly. The required evergreen landscaping to provide an opaque visual screen for the outdoor storgage area shall be installed prior to the issuance of final occupancy. The required landscaping shall be installed prior to March 15, 2020, due to the fact that the required fence is not scheduled to be installed until the end of the 2019 planting season.

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
