The elevations do not currently meet the UDO standard. The requirement for 4 sided architechture , projections and horizontal and vertical breaks on all sides will need to be met. There are no materials called out so the UDO specs will need to be met as well. In order to not have to comply with these standards, a PDP would be required for modification from the UDO.

The preliminary building elevations and color rendering provided do not at this stage show enough detail of the rear building elevation to confirm that the requirements for four-sided architecture (including horizontal and vertical projections/breaks/features) and the extension of a parapet wall along all building sides to provide RTU screening will be met. Please acknowledge that you are aware of these requirements and that they will be met as part of the future final development plan administrative approval process. Otherwise, any proposed deviation from said requirements can only be approved as part of a preliminary development plan public hearing process.

Should an alternate parking plan not be pursued by the applicant, then parking for the development shall be provided in accordance with UDO Section 8.530, Table 8-1.
