Sheet 309: Please install the 8-inch water main along SW Suncatcher Rd. that connects to Eagle View Dr. water main as shown in the previous plan submittal. A dead end water main will not be permitted here. It appears that there is approximately 4 feet of cover over the storm pipe so the water main should have about 6 inches of separation over the storm pipe and have about 33 inches of cover. The vertical separation between the water main and the storm pipe is substandard, so the plans need a note regarding restraining all joints on the water main within 10 feet of the outside wall of the storm pipe. Use an 8-inch pipe for Water Line 3 as shown in the previous plan submittal. Provide a hydrant along SW Suncatcher Rd.

Where does Rambling Vine Rd go in the future? It would appear that there is another N/S street going in further to the East and closer to the intersection of Eagle View and Pryor. This intersection will be getting a signal with the Pryor Road Improvements and an intersecting street would not be allowed in the functional space of this intersection. Show more detail of the future area to the east or provide a bulb at the end of Rambling Vine Rd.

Type III Baricades at the throats of each street are not needed. If these are to be used during construction only lable as temporary during construction.

The Ramp on the North side of Rambling Vine at Pheasant Trail should be a Type M Ramp. The detectable surfaces should be on the ramp not the landing pad. Please correct and include the City's Standard detail for a Type M ramp in the plans.
