Contractor resumed installation of the Storm Tech Detention Structure. Water was pumped from location before rock and detention cells where placed and then covered with gravel. Contractor was showed that the plans I had showed 106.4LF of 8” HDPE would need to be installed to STR. 2C. This did not show on there specification plans.

DECEMBER 26, 2019 Crews were onsite installing Sanitary Sewer. Crews installed 4” schedule 40 . Cleanouts also were installed and verified by inspector. All pipe installed per plans. Crews were to install more gravel and back fill later in the day.

On Thursday 4-09-2020. Rieke excavating preformed a vacuum test on the Sanitary Sewer. Sewer held air pressure for 20 minutes only losing 1 pound of air pressure. Contractor was told he needed to have on site with the machine a up dated cal. Sticker/tag date for the meter apparatus in the future. Vacuum test passed.

On 3-26-2020, I inspected the installation of ADS Storm Detention Structure located on the west side of the Aristocrat Motors building. Emergency Overflow box # 1A is located in this Detention Structure. Fill rock is being placed over the detention cells and if time allows fill dirt will be placed over the rock. Rieke Excavation is preforming the installation.

On 3-27-2020, Contractor found that rain the night before had caused the bank on the west side of the Detention structure to collapse onto the westerly detention ceil. Care had to be taken to remove fill dirt off of the cell and new filter fabric had to be place before rock and dirt fill could resume. Approximately 5ft. Of water had to be pump from the basin floor. Approximately 80 linear feet of rock fill was completed today with additional rain expected tonite. Rieke Excavation completed the work on site.
