Both side -address separation wall sill plate in garage bearing and anchor bolts blowing out stem wall -address all walls not tied to separation walls -move all shower enclosures and wall studs to accommodate sheet rock at separation wall per design -insulate behind tub shower enclosures at exterior -trusses missing lateral bracing. (Started with A1, A2 and 3 missing bracing) check throughout 1204 -missing lib in garage -separation of all to extend to sheathing attic space above garage -seal top plate penetration W primary closet wall -remove tub/shower enclosure at separation wall for sheet rock -address open electrical at NE primary bedroom corner -plans do not call for header at rear primary to be continuous -seal top plate penetration at primary bedroom entry -provide strap per plan at rear slider -strap top plate where lapped less than 24” at foyer closet -address cut joist under primary bathroom 1206 -clip at separation wall near pfh missing screws -missing stud at garage owners entry -top plate penetration at laundry/primary closet -complete electrical at primary bedroom -provide strap and slider per plans

    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
