Chipped panel on the north section of sidewalk needs to be replaced marked with paint. Call in for pre-pour inspection before replacing panel. 07/28/25 Jamie S, SW panel is replaced, forms are still on the panel cannot inspect until forms are pulled. We do not have a record of the pre-pour inspection of this panel.
