Approved to pour 07/01/25 Jamie S, SW forms are still up on the north side of the sidewalk, forms must be removed before inspection. SW walk must be clear of all dirt and debris before inspection. Chipped panel on the north section of sidewalk needs to be replaced marked with paint. Call in for pre-pour inspection before replacing panel. 07/28/25 Jamie S, SW panel is replaced, forms are still on the panel cannot inspect until forms are pulled. We do not have a record of the pre-pour inspection of this panel.
