3-26-25 DP. Before approving any sidewalk inspections locate the water meter. We found the lid and part of the pit in line of where the sidewalk goes. If this is true, builder needs to call plumber and relocate pit and meter further into yard. 3-31-25 DP. SW on east side of house, south side of house and east side of DW are formed, aggregate compacted, cross slopes are in compliance but conditions can change. Approved to pour. Instead of tying into the ADA ramp that needs replaced, I'm having them install a header 5' back from both turn around panels so when they go to pour the ada ramp at a different time, there will be a full panel where they can add their expansion joint at property line. West side of DW still not formed. 4-4-25 Dustin A Sw has not been completed , will need another pre pour inspection. 4-10-25 Dustin A, ada ramp that has to be replaced has not been pulled. cannot pour until ada ramp is formed and pre pour inspection is performed. 4-11-25 Dustin A, Sw on right side of approach is formed and compacted. West side of DW still not formed. 4-4-25 Dustin A Sw has not been completed , will need another pre pour inspection. 4-10-25 Dustin A, ada ramp that has to be replaced has not been pulled. cannot pour until ada ramp is formed and pre pour inspection is performed. 4-11-25 Dustin A, Sw on right side of approach is formed and compacted. Several sections are not in compliance ( over 2% ) and the existing section they are attaching to is cracked and has been patched not to city standards. , They will need to fix slopes and cut out cracked\patched section. Fail 4-11-25 Dustin A, section of sidewalk on right side of approach has been fixed, Apprved to pour. Still need to remove ada in the rear of lot and replace. Will need a prepour on that, 5-13-25 Dustin A, ADA ramp has been corrected. Water valves will need to be cut to grade before final

  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
