Also instal the missing 2" washers and nuts for the south side -Fb fireplace space from roof; fb all dead spaces in master bath area from roof -The upset lvl beam above bedroom #3 must extend to lvl across the catwalk **nail all the hanger nail holes -lvl beam above doorway to front dining-provide support underneath point load **Please put a double 2x10 underneath the point load. The installed double 2x10 adjacent to the return air does not catch the point load ELECTRICAL: -Provide minimum 12”x12” clear unobstructed opening for access to hydro tub motor. Receptacle cannot obstruct opening **Framer/anyone please provide min. 12"x12" unobstructed pathway to the motor. How are you going to replace the motor when there are so many things in the way?
