-Sidewalk not approved on record -As-graded plot plan is required prior to sodding -Final grade, sod, downspout and sump pump extensions -Make sure that the sewer tracer wire and port are installed and available at grade level. Find the sewer tracer wire and install port accordingly. FYI: I will pull out the tracer wire to check if it’s real -Install tamper-proof caps at AC valves -Install lag screws for deck ledger board every 16” -Install box extensions for switch & receptacle boxes recessed more than 1/4” behind wet bar backsplash -The fixed wet bar island counts as a wall space; therefore, at least one receptacle is required -Secure pex water line behind bar and also the lawn irrigation pex line -Remove all foundation wall metal ties

On Wednesday, 4-08-2020. I completed a field inspection of the sidewalk. A large pile of dirt was in the front of the yard and need to be removed. The contractor did not complete all the sidewalk because the walk would be damaged when removal is completed. I will return at a later date and inspect the final sidewalk when it’s completed.
