-Final grade, sod, downspout extensions -Make sure that the sewer tracer wire and port are installed and available at grade level -Provide AFCI protection per NEC 210.12. All outlets located in following areas shall be required to have AFCI protection: kitchen, Rec rm, closets, laundry area. Areas not requiring AFCI are: crawl space, unfinished basement, garage, bathrooms, attic space, outdoor, fire alarm. **Please read NEC 210.12. There are a bunch of breakers on the left side of the panel that are required to be afci. Also, the dish washer receptacle must also be gfci and afci-protected as well. You can install a dual purpose breaker (breaker providing both afci and gfci) for the dish washer -Dish washer receptacle outlets must be gfci-protected **NEC 210.8(D)
