Where equipment requiring access or appliances are located on an elevated structure or the roof of a building such that personnel will have to climb higher than 16 feet above grade to access such equipment or appliances, an interior or exterior means of access shall be provided. Such access shall not require climbing over obstructions greater than 30 inches in height or walking on roofs having a slope greater than 4 units vertical in 12 units horizontal. Such access shall not require the use of portable ladders. Where access involves climbing over parapet walls, the height shall be measured to the top of the parapet wall. Permanent ladders installed to provide the required access shall comply with the following minimum design criteria: 1. Contractor placed line A starting with A2, A3 & A4 placing all HDPE pipe connecting the neoplastic structures and then back fill. On Monday, 12-19-2022. She Diggs it contractor informed me that the neoplasticism structure delivered did not match pipe coming to the structure in (2) different places. I called Steve and the designer for direction. Will wait for answer of what they want to do. On Tuesday, 12-20-2022. Contractor resumes Storm Sewer installation. Contractor has to find existing roof drain connections to connect to the storm drain system for completion of the Storm Sewer around the building.

07/25/23 Tuesday JMJ ( Epic Concrete ) Sidewalk passed pre-inspection contractor plans to pour 12yd of concrete tomorrow. 07/26/23 Wednesday JMJ ( Epic Concrete ) Sidewalk was poured as planned. Sidewalk areas to the North and South of Robotics passed pre-inspection. Sidewalk pours for the N&S are schedule for tomorrow. 07/27/23 Thursday JMJ ( Epic Concrete ) North & South sidewalks were poured around the newly constructed Robotics building. Having issue with contractor getting cure on poured concrete. 08/02/23 Wednesday JMJ (Epic Concrete ) Sidewalks forms and materials passed. North and West side of Robotics building.
