The curbs on the far South in of project was not proof roll because Bradley Construction Engineer were concern about the existing 6' metal storm pipe. Site Foreman Mike from Bradley Construction stated that the Engineer/Developer will write a letter stating they acknowledge a proof roll was not done at their requested. The integrity of the subgrade was not verified as-per contractors request.

Contractor perform proof rolls along entrance path and it passed . a portion of the drive failed on Monday and will need to be proof rolled again. Contractor poured concrete curb on each side of entrance drive. A small section of curb on a circumference we need to be replace do to a crack that travel through the front to back. Proof roll was done today and Dumpster area passed proof roll. Drive - through will need to be compacted for a proper proof roll. A small area to the NE side of project which connects to 7 Brews parking lot ended and needs to be dugout because sprinkler and rain water pool in this location. Contractor plans to pour 8" concrete for the dumpster pad.

I was informed that ongoing discuss about resolving the issue of silt on public sidewalks. 05/23/23 Tuesday JMJ ( AB Bradley Construction / Bushey Construction ) Inspection and work done from Friday 05/19/23 to Tuesday 05/23/23 Bobby Richest (BR) perform inspection on Friday and Monday. Contractor perform proof rolls along entrance path and it passed . a portion of the drive failed on Monday and will need to be proof rolled again. Contractor poured concrete curb on each side of entrance drive. A small section of curb on a circumference we need to be replace do to a crack that travel through the front to back. Proof roll was done today and Dumpster area passed proof roll. Drive - through will need to be compacted for a proper proof roll. A small area to the NE side of project which connects to 7 Brews parking lot ended and needs to be dugout because sprinkler and rain water pool in this location. Contractor plans to pour 8" concrete for the dumpster pad. Contractor proof the areas of concern and they passed 12:30PM. Contractor poured the pad for dumpster area starting @ 12:20PM. 05/30/23 Tuesday JMJ ( Bradley Construction - Mike, Bushey Concrete ) Contractor started pouring concrete @ 5:30AM for parking lot / driveway area on the Eastside of project. Contractor graded gravel for the concrete pour to the Southside of project.
