On 6.3.2022 Friday I performed an inspection of sanitary sewer connection from the pool house. 10-20-22 RH. Sanitary was connected to stub coming out of main to the stub coming from the pool house. Tracer wire was placed along the pipe. Sanitary had blowout between the main and the pool house. Correct bedding was used under and over the pipe.

After trouble with getting their downslope compliance and also being below the curb, Steve and Bob Burns approved them to forms with a curb on both sides of the SW, no landing and to get as close to 8.3% as possible. What I could check on pre pour was in compliance. There isn't a good way for an accurate pre pour inspection since forms are for top of curb and SW will be below. I told the contractor to check compliance while finishing concrete. Approved to pour.

4-13-23 RH. Part of exterior sidewalk from bottom of hill going to the storm inlet on the road was inspected. Sidewalk was formed up and aggregate was placed and compacted. Approved to pour. Another inspection scheuduled for 11:30am. 4-14-23 RH. Contractor is putting in rest of sidewalk finishing the public sidewalk going into the sidewalk around the parking lot. Forms were all placed and rock was placed and compacted. 4-17-23 DP. Contractor is finishing public Sidewalk that runs down the hill towards the pool entrance. After trouble with getting their downslope compliance and also being below the curb, Steve and Bob Burns approved them to forms with a curb on both sides of the SW, no landing and to get as close to 8.3% as possible. What I could check on pre pour was in compliance. There isn't a good way for an accurate pre pour inspection since forms are for top of curb and SW will be below. I told the contractor to check compliance while finishing concrete. Approved to pour. 4-24-23 RH. Public sidewalk meets LS and ADA specification. There is a crack in one of the panels of the private sidewalk.

4-13-23 RH. Part of exterior sidewalk from bottom of hill going to the storm inlet on the road was inspected. Sidewalk was formed up and aggregate was placed and compacted. Approved to pour. Another inspection scheuduled for 11:30am. 4-14-23 RH. Contractor is putting in rest of sidewalk finishing the public sidewalk going into the sidewalk around the parking lot. Forms were all placed and rock was placed and compacted. 4-17-23 DP. Contractor is finishing public Sidewalk that runs down the hill towards the pool entrance. After trouble with getting their downslope compliance and also being below the curb, Steve and Bob Burns approved them to forms with a curb on both sides of the SW, no landing and to get as close to 8.3% as possible. What I could check on pre pour was in compliance. There isn't a good way for an accurate pre pour inspection since forms are for top of curb and SW will be below. I told the contractor to check compliance while finishing concrete. Approved to pour. 4-24-23 RH. Public sidewalk meets LS and ADA specification. There is a crack in one of the panels of the private sidewalk. 6-9-23 BR Sidewalk is frame and ready for concrete.
