Talked with Adam from Phoenix Concrete concerning the sidewalk that exits on O’Brien. They need to remove existing curbing and add ADA curbing. Also checked with Bob Burns concerning sidewalk width since the plans call for a 6 foot sidewalk. He said they are fine as long as they meet ADA compliance. RP 4-13-21
