CROSS-ACCESS EASEMENT. A condition of approval shall be included in the staff report that the vacation of right-of-way not go into effect until such time as the cross-access easement to benefit the Hardee's property is dedicated. The easement can be dedicated by either separate document or by a replat of the Chipotle property.
