The grading plan shown is approvable at this time. A complete review of the stormwater study has not been completed. Comments will be sent next week under separate cover. Should any revisions to this plan be required due to comments from the stormwater study review, they will be sent at the same time.

It’s hard to tell for sure at the scale used for the grading plan, but there appear to be areas that don’t meet the 3:1 maximum slope requirement. Please verify and revise if needed.

Where the proposed contours tie back into existing contours, connecting at 90 degree angles isn’t realistic. Please revise accordingly.
