OBJECTION TO VACATION. Comcast has responded with an objection to the requested vacation of right-of-way due to their presence of underground infrastructure within the impacted right-of-way. However, Comcast has indicated that they would rescind their objection subject to the retention of a minimum 15'-wide utility easement centered over the location of their infrastructure lines. Comcast has provided a map with call-outs showing the general location of their underground lines in the immediate area, which is viewable through the City's portal using the following web address: https://devservices.cityofls.net/Planning/Status?planningId=7092. The applicant shall have Comcast's underground lines located in the field and provide a revised exhibit showing said lines. Additionally, the applicant shall identify and provide a legal description for the retention of a 15'-wide general utility easement (centered on the Comcast infrastructure) over the portion of the right-of-way that is proposed to be vacated.
