The contractors dug up and expososed the stub coming out of the existing MH. It had about a 2ft stick of pipe coming out of the existing boot. After taking some shots with the laser they were able to determine that the angle the new pipe was coming gout of the existing boot would line up with the new MH that is to be installed. They started with a new stick of pipe coming out of the MH. They are laying 8" sanitary pipe going toward the new MH. The contractors have installed the wyes for 2 service lines, they will be coming back to install the service line, tracer wire, etc.

The dept of the existing MH was about 4ft deeper than it was shown on the plans. The fall was 4.05%, I spoke with Kent and he was good with the engineer just showing the sanitary line will be deeper than originally designed. The depth of the line will no exceed 15ft. so we will just show all the changes on the as-builds. The changes will also need to be shown for the 3 service lines.
