Made it out 6 sticks of pipe and service for lot 16. 10/28/22 ES Adam and Troy's crews continued work on line D, made it 210 feet today, ~1 stick short of MH D-2. 10/29/22 ES Adam's crew got D-2 set and began laying pipe out of it. 10/31/22 ES 11-1-22 RH. Contractor was pouring inlets for Sanitary MH D-1. Talking to contractor they planed to pour D-2 inlet, after that they would continue to lay pipe toward D-3. Fill will start but not more than 8” due to no tester coming to site today to test compaction. Adam's crew continued working on D line. Had to pull MH D-2 and 5 sticks of pipe as MH was set high. After resetting MH they were able to get 8 sticks back in the ground. 11/2/22 ES Adam’s crew continued laying pipe on line D, installed 10 sticks of pipe. 11/3/22 ES Adam's crew continued on line D, had to take 3 sticks of pipe back out of ground as they floated in the rain event from 11/4. Left sanitary sewer stamped plans with Troy. 9/26/22 ES Adam's crew began laying out sewer pipe to begin construction in coming days. 10/27/22 ES Adam's crew started laying pipe out of MH D-1. Made it out 6 sticks of pipe and service for lot 16. 10/28/22 ES Adam and Troy's crews continued work on line D, made it 210 feet today, ~1 stick short of MH D-2. 10/29/22 ES Adam's crew got D-2 set and began laying pipe out of it. 10/31/22 ES 11-1-22 RH. Contractor was pouring inlets for Sanitary MH D-1. Talking to contractor they planed to pour D-2 inlet, after that they would continue to lay pipe toward D-3. Fill will start but not more than 8” due to no tester coming to site today to test compaction. Adam's crew continued working on D line. Had to pull MH D-2 and 5 sticks of pipe as MH was set high. After resetting MH they were able to get 8 sticks back in the ground. 11/2/22 ES Adam’s crew continued laying pipe on line D, installed 10 sticks of pipe. 11/3/22 ES Adam's crew continued on line D, had to take 3 sticks of pipe back out of ground as they floated in the rain event from 11/4. They got those sticks back in and cleaned out ditch to continue work. 11/7/22 ES Adam's crew completed D line, laying MH D-3 on 11/9. 7-24-23 DP. There are a few erosion breaches from this mornings rain. One is pretty bad and will need to be cleaned up out of the road. They have gutter buddies installed, but need blocks behind them still. Also we need to get silt fence up ASAP since the area is not yet vegetated. 7-28-23 DP. Spoke with Travis with Granite Build yesterday afternoon about Erosion control at Lumberman's row. They hired a company for biweekly checks. They were suppose to report today and clean up any breeches and install new silt fence along Lumberman's Row and Pergola 5th. 8-3-23 DP. Erosion control company came out yesterday and installed silt fence on the west side of lumberman's row, installed blocks behind gutter buddies and did mostly clean up the street which is much appreciated. There is still a good amount of mud and silt on the curbs on the west side and no fence up on the east side. They attempted and did clean up, but it can be better. 8-9-23 DP. Erosion control is still not sufficient along Lumberman's Row. The curb is still full of mud.

7-24-23 DP. There are a few erosion breaches from this mornings rain. One is pretty bad and will need to be cleaned up out of the road. They have gutter buddies installed, but need blocks behind them still. Also we need to get silt fence up ASAP since the area is not yet vegetated. 7-28-23 DP. Spoke with Travis with Granite Build yesterday afternoon about Erosion control at Lumberman's row. They hired a company for biweekly checks. They were suppose to report today and clean up any breeches and install new silt fence along Lumberman's Row and Pergola 5th. 8-3-23 DP. Erosion control company came out yesterday and installed silt fence on the west side of lumberman's row, installed blocks behind gutter buddies and did mostly clean up the street which is much appreciated. There is still a good amount of mud and silt on the curbs on the west side and no fence up on the east side. They attempted and did clean up, but it can be better. 8-9-23 DP. Erosion control is still not sufficient along Lumberman's Row. The curb is still full of mud. 8-14-23 DP. ESC has failed. It has still not been addressed and we are having bad erosion problems. Please let me know when ESC company is on site so I can help them notice the problem areas. 8-16-23 DP Erosion Control company just rolled on site. Spoke with Travis on site as well. 7-24-23 DP. There are a few erosion breaches from this mornings rain. One is pretty bad and will need to be cleaned up out of the road. They have gutter buddies installed, but need blocks behind them still. Also we need to get silt fence up ASAP since the area is not yet vegetated. 7-28-23 DP. Spoke with Travis with Granite Build yesterday afternoon about Erosion control at Lumberman's row. They hired a company for biweekly checks. They were suppose to report today and clean up any breeches and install new silt fence along Lumberman's Row and Pergola 5th. 8-3-23 DP. Erosion control company came out yesterday and installed silt fence on the west side of lumberman's row, installed blocks behind gutter buddies and did mostly clean up the street which is much appreciated. There is still a good amount of mud and silt on the curbs on the west side and no fence up on the east side. They attempted and did clean up, but it can be better. 8-9-23 DP. Erosion control is still not sufficient along Lumberman's Row. The curb is still full of mud. 8-14-23 DP. ESC has failed. It has still not been addressed and we are having bad erosion problems. Please let me know when ESC company is on site so I can help them notice the problem areas. 8-16-23 DP Erosion Control company just rolled on site. Spoke with Travis on site as well. Seems like they have a great plan in place to get things under control today. I'll check back in throughout the day. 8-17-23 DP. There is still plenty of ESC measures that need to be addressed. I am failing this ESC inspection again. 8-22-23 DP. Steve and I met onsite with Travis and the Erosion Control company. We agreed on a good plan to get this area in order. 9-19-23 DP. These erosion control issues have been addressed and have been upkept since the previous meeting. 10-3-23 DP. ESC has been and still is in good working order. 10-26-23 DP. Erosion control held up very well for the amount of rain we got. The hill on the west side at the start of Lumberman's is a mudslide. The silt fence will need some attention soon before any future rain events and a couple of strom box throats will need cleaned up. I spoke with Travis today and he said that the AES will be on site early next week, which is reasonable. I know it has been mentioned in the past about hydroseeding that hillside. Lumberman's Row is only lacking vegetation before getting final acceptance. A mix that will grow quickly (K-31) or a method that will help seed grow quickly is highly recommended by me so that we don't have so much erosion coming down the hill. Guidelines For Electronically Submitting Documents:

  • Submitted documents should be under 100MB in size.
  • Accepted file extensions:
    • pdf, jpg, xls, doc, xlsx, docx, dwg
  • All plans shall be to scale.
  • Recommended naming conventions:
    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
