The temporary swale does not appear to be graded properly on the SW end of the site that connects the Sediment basin to the site. The 30” HDPE culvert, trash rack, skimmer and sediment clean out are not installed at this time. Finish constructing the ESC devices per the approved plans prior to construction of the site development infrastructure.

On Saturday, 6-12-2021. Contractor resumed asphalt overlay. Contractor placed approx 1,100 ton of base asphalt. Sub grade proof would not allow us to place asphalt because entrance was to wet to lay. Contractor installed waterline from 15+53 to 20+21 placing all fittings bends and backfilling all pipe. On Thursday, 7-08-2021. Contractor resumed waterline installation. Picking up at sta 20+21 contractor continued to install 8” waterlines w/ fittings. Backfilled pipe where app. Poured restraints for today bends and yesterdays as well. On Friday Redford Excavating resumed 8” Waterline installation. Contractor started at sta 12+00 moving backwards on baseline approx. 240 LF installing all fittings including 8x8 tee for line #4. On Monday, Redford excavating resumed waterline installation. Contractor installed remaining portion of line #4 including fire hydrant. Contractor completing remaining leg work for watermain tap for Wednesday. On Tuesday, 8-03-2021. Red Ford Excavating performed the last main “T” tap for the north side of the project. Main tap started at 7:30 am and was completed at 12:00 pm.

    • Keep filename consistent.
    • Avoid the use of non-friendly filenames. (ex. k9dk38fj3.pdf)
    • Avoid inappropriate language in filenames.
  • Submitted documents will be stamped at the conclusion of the review.
    • The stamp will be placed in the upper right hand corner of the document. It is recommeded that this area, to the extent possible, be left blank so that no information is lost when the the stamp is applied.
