Brice Lawson 06/19/2018 3:43 PM The base for mh c-2 is in place. The sanitary main has been connected to it. The contractor was in the process of excating the trench for the NW stub at mh C-2. They were getting ready to install the stub without a riser and I informed them that the plans show a riser to be installed on the stub. I also informed them that a trench check is required on the two proposed stubs that will connect to MH C-2.

MH c-2 was installed on 6/20 while I was at a class. The 2 service lines that were installed A line and C line have been completed with a trench check. There are suppose to be 2 service lines coming out of MH C-2, they want to have them come out of the main instead because a because a retention wall is going to be right over the service lines. I talked with Gene Williams and he was ok with them doing that. Yesterday and today they have been working out of MH A-6 going toward A-7, they have installed t wye for the service line between a-6 and a-7. Steve Robbins 06/22/2018 3:07 PM

Bair core drilled into Public existing MH D-1. The plans for Meridian shows to tie into and existiing Wye on D-line, but othe off-site sanitary plans did not call for a wye to be installed. I spoke with Gene and we decided they could core drill into the existing MH D-1 with a 8" pipe and run to the building for the service line. It calls for a clean-out a 100ft. The contractor has installed the 8" service line from the MH and covered with rock and was backfilling . This now completes all of the on-site sanitary.Steve Robbins 10/24/2018 3:47 PM

I was informed by the building inspector that the site was needed to be cleaned up. The sit is in violation, mud and silt on the roads, gutter buddys need to be cleaned out and any dirt piles need to be protected by silt fence so they are not draining down the storm. Please take care of this matter right away. We will check back on Monday March 2. If this matter is not resolved inspections by the building inspector may be denied until it is cleaned up.
