Also, the sidewalk on the north side of the driveway approach will need to be removed due to tacks being in the concrete. There is what looks like bicycle marks, multiple foot prints and marks from a 5 gallon buck all over the sidewalk. After this is removed and before you repour, there needs to be a pre pour inspection scheduled. Failed
